Be part of Southeast Asia’s Largest Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Conference, ITSEC: Cybersecurity Summit 2025. We’re calling for experts, practitioners, and researchers to submit original papers focused on IT Cybersecurity or OT (Operational Technology) Security.
If selected, you’ll present your work in person at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, on August 26–28, 2025 (1 Session Only), in front of global technology experts, government stakeholders, enterprise tech leaders, and others.

Submission format must meet ITSEC’s standard and originality criteria
All submissions will undergo two layers of review:
Format Screening & Technical Evaluation by our expert board from ITSEC Asia’s IT and Research & Development Department, Academic Reviewers, and Industry Experts from organizations such as Skyscanner, Cloudfare, etc.
Submissions will be judged based on:
All decisions made by the judges are final and non-negotiable
Selected speakers will receive:
✔ In-person speaking slot at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place
✔ 1-night stay at a 5-star hotel near the venue
✔ 2 complimentary conference passes per session
✔ Honorarium of IDR 5,000,000 (for one speaker per accepted session)
✔ Airfare reimbursement up to IDR 1,000,000.-
